BGCOLOR=color

Sets the background color of the page. The color can be any one of the color names or values in Color Values.

JavaScript supports the entire set of valid property colors both as strings and their numerical equivalents as a string. JavaScript always returns the property as the numeric equivalent as a string regardless of the format the value was set.
